The only person I found with initials D S was Daniel S Williams age 26 in the 1850 Hancock census. James Roland age 26 laborer appears in 1860 with 2 small children. He was # 670 in the 1860 Census, the Douthitts were # 645 William Howard age 37 is #485 in 1860. James Richmond is #487
