Can anyone tell me more abt this Enoch Kendall family? Does anyone know of this Enoch Kendall cem and who is buried there or where it is exactly, thanks. Jesse Berry family living in Daviess County from the 1840's to now. Jesse was born in 1794 in Madison Co. VA. He married(?) born in VA and had Martha Jane (1822) and Jefferson L.(1824) before leaving for somewhere in KY. By 1842 Martha Jane was married to Enoch Kendall who lived in Yelvington, KY. In 1850 Jesse's family had expanded to Jeremiah, Margaret, Frances J. and Louise. His first wife died sometime after the birth of Louise in 1837. She must have died someplace in KY other than Daviess Co. He md Sophia Pittman 5/31/1849 in Daviess County. Jesse and Martha Jane are both buried in the Enoch Kendall cemetery on the Kendall family farm in Yelvington, KY. Sophia his second wife is buried Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Daviess County.
