I am tryin to find a marriage for a Ida Stivers to a Howard he was known as Emmett Howard but i don't believe this is his true name. they had there first child in 1895 and Ida was born in 1874 Ida was the daughter of Thomas V. I believe this is the marriage you are asking for. I find in the Daviess County Marriages that I am presently transcribing.
