Carol, you're right the journal is boring. Boring like mine would be, and I absolutely love it. It kinda puts me in the middle of life in the 1850's and makes me realize how hard our ancestors worked and how generous they were with their time. Also the team work it took , with neighbors helping neighbors, to keep dinner on the table and fire wood in the box. Don't stop! It's wonderful.
