Pg 95 says Owen's estate was appraised 8 Jan 1831 (Cumberland Co Will Book C) and was valued at over $2000; but he may not have left a will since he died in an accident. Lucy Hatcher (Hatcher from her grandmother Tabitha Hatcher Cheatham) was Owen & Sarah Baker's 4th child. According to Phyllis, Sarah C. (or Ann) Baker Cheatham did not remarry - she's found on various censuses living with her children. 1857 seems to be the date of her death in Cumberland Co. Jan
