He is my great-great grandfather, but I don't know the year he was born or died. Although they were never married, he and my great-great grandmother, Sarah Emily (Wright) Vincent had a child, Pearl (Vincent) Cash who is my great grandmother (my grandmother is Genevee (Cash) Logan). William (Bill) is buried in Modoc Cemetery and my grandmother does believe that his parents are buried in the Vincent Cemetery, although she can't remember their names. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer as I find myself running out of places to look!

Elizabeth of Hempstead Co., AR to Milton King & Joel Owsley; Elizabeth Armstrong only child of William King, dec., who was one of sons of John E. King, dec., 1/7 part of fractional part of lot no. 34 deeded to John E. King by Trustees, 6/8/1818; 8/24/1836; Book J page 196."
According to Westerfield's KENTUCKY GENEALOGY AND BIOGRAPHY, VOL. 5, pages 36-37, William King, son of Maj. Gen. John Edwards King, emigrated to Arkansas. Hope this helps. Pat H.
Carol, I found Jobe and wife Ferraby in the 1880 and 1900 Overton County,TN census. 1880 Glidewell,Jobe age 55 Ferraby age 46 John 18 Mary E 16 Sarah 14 Rebeca 12 Isaac 9 the 1900 Overton county census showed sons John and Isaac still living with them,also a daughter and daughter in law.Census showed they had been married 50 years,had a total of 11 children with 8 still living in1900. hope this helps,Wendy
