Bill and Milly, It is possible the marriage took place in 1830 Wayne Co., KY and still not be in June Bork's book, Vol II. June was not able to save all the marriage records scattered about the courthouse, some partially burned, and many with water damage. Maybe the Philson Club or the KY Archives would have something? Or even the genealogical society library for Wayne Co., KY. Sorry I'm not much help here. I ran upon a Poe Cemetery in Wayne County. The land owner said some descendants broke off the tombstone and took them to another state. The cemetery is now a lot for goats. The bases of the tombstones mark the old graves. Gary D. Richard Calvin Poe is the oldest Poe grave I have found so far in Wayne County. He is buried at Cabel Grove. Gary D.
