The 1870 census of Overton County lists Zack Smith as the son of Vance and Cynthia. In addition, Elizabeth Elmore, and son William C. are listed in Overton County. In 1880, Elizabeth Elmore is listed as the head of household in Clinton county KY. Cynthia Smith (with the same children listed from Overton County) is listed as Elizabeth's neighbor, and also as the head of the household. I can't find information pertaining to the location of Zack or Vance Smith in the 1880's. Would you happen to have any information? Thanks, Shana Janes
