RESPONSE: To the person who requested information on Martha SIZEMORE and J. A. BURNS, the information below was sent to me directly by Hildegard HENDRICKSON, a long-time researcher of the ASHER and associated family. It may contain information you can use. I am also noting that Martha's parents are being listed as Farmer SIZEMORE and Emily Jane REYNOLDS which is the information I found in the census and which is what is outlined below but another SIZEMORE family is also being indicated, I've noted. I have no information to state which one is correct. All I do know was that in the 1880 Clay Co. Fed. Census, only Martha, age 5 listed with Farmer SIZEMORE made any sense. All the other Martha's were 15 years old or thereabouts or were married. Perhaps someone else has further documentation.
