RESPONSE: Geri, I know Cassy SOMMERS is also related to Simon DELPH , School Superintendent, Bell Co. on her DELPH side. Elhannon SIZEMORE had outside of marriage a child, Wilson HOWARD who all his adult life used the surname, TAYLOR. Wilson HOWARD's parents were Lucy HOWARD and Elhannon SIZEMORE during one of his "unmarried" periods. When Lucy HOWARD married in Nov. 1895 to my g-grandfather, Harrison TAYLOR, she brought Wilson "Wilse" HOWARD with her and he shows there with them on the 1900 Knox Co. Fed. Census. We also believe Elhannon married Mary TAYLOR (dau Alexander TAYLOR and Amelia HUBBARD who was actually fathered by a GAMBREL). Alex TAYLOR was my g-grandfather's younger brother. Oh, what a tangled web these families of our weaved and left us to attempt to figure out! But what a bunch of fascinating characters they were. Not a dull one in the bunch.
