Both of these surnames are huge. Books have been written regarding the BOWLING family. When a person requests "any" information on a family, people have absolutely no idea where to begin or how to respond to you. The bottom line is that not much happens. If I were you, I would post another message in which you list who you are, who your parents and grandparents were and some dates (even if approx.). If people have some idea of who you are and the time period you are looking in and your goals, they will be much more inclined to help you out. You may well locate a few cousins along the way.
