Yes, I am the son of Mary Malvery Campbell and Wilmer Howard (Leslie County). My grandmother, Mary Bell, was the last of my grandparents to pass away. We had 5 generations alive at one time. I have a photo with Mary Bell, Malvery, myself, my daughter and granddaughter. Thank you for the information. If you have any stories about any of these people I would appreciate knowing them. "Jailer John" sounds like he would have an interesting story. By the way, I am also researching the Hendrix/Hendrickson family. My other grandmother was Mavie Wells from Leslie County. She was a descendant of Mary Polly Hendrix b. 1847, daughter of James Hendrix/Hendricks and Minerva Lewis. Anything you could share about the ancestry of James would be appreciated. I noticed you mentioned your family line of Hendricks/Hendrix. I am curious about a Sarah 'Sally' Hendicks who married a Henry Henson on April 26, 1830 Clay Co KY. Is this Sally possibly a sister to your James Hendricks who married Manerva Lewis, daughter of Samuel Lewis and Keziah McDaniel. Samuel Lewis is a son of James Theopholus Lewis and Winetrey 'Winnie Henson. Do you or anyone reading this, know anything about this Henry Henson of Clay Co KY mentioned above? Thanks for sharing.
