    1. [KYCLAY] Re: Kentucky Marriages 1797-1865 by G. Glenn Clift Look Up Request
    2. It may be possible that my great grandfather, JOHN BROCK & JOHN M. BROCK are one in the same. His parents may be MARTIN BROCK & CHARLOTTE OLIVER and he may have been born in the year 1844. I have no way in knowing if this is the same person. Martin Brock may have lived in CLARK County at times also. Any more ideas? I'd love to see what newspaper clippings there are of him. I do have the marriage certificate of DORA BROCK & MILLARD WEBB, on this REV. JOHN W. RICHARDSON (that's what it looks like,) minister of the Gospel of the Missionary Baptist, performed the marriage dated SEPT. 18, 1918 at JOHN BROCK s, certif. 46, as witness J. H. HORNSBY & R. H. FREEMAN, LIC ENSE issued by J. W. MAU???, CLERK OF THE COUNTY COURT OF madsion. Also I see what appears to be the word " vogel" or "voyel" near the place where it has a blank spot then the word, Kentucky. Is this a place in KY? On the back of the certificate is my grandmother, Dora's Handwriting: Albert Webb, born June 28,1919 Allen Webb was borned May 25, 1921 Fairy Lane Webb was borned March 5, 1925 Russel Le Webb born June 4, 1929 Etta Jean Webb born DEC 20, 1931 My mother was FAIRY. I know that another child, Doyle was born later to DORA & MILLARD, he still lives in Dreyfus, KY, near the old Bark Rd. so my search still goes........................is JOHN BROCK and JOHN M. BROCK the same? Kandy Campbell Fitzpatrick
