Hi, Calvin, In the Index of Clay Co. Marriages for 1807 - 1923, I do not find any variation of the name William Riley Hicks/Hix. No brides with last name of SOMMERS. Did find Lizzie SUMMERS married Herman HESS on March 13, 1916, Box 38.
