Joyce and Nancy, Hwy. 421 - Hwy 80 travels east out of Manchester toward Leslie County. About 10 miles out of Manchester at Goose Rock, Hwy 1524 turns right off this highway. About a mile from this turn, Hwy 2000 turns left off Hwy 1524. Hwy 2000 continues east into Leslie County. Plank is a rural area about 2 miles from the intersection of Hwys 1524 and 2000. Walker Cemetery is on Hwy 2000.
