    1. Re: [KYCLAY] rollcall
    2. Well, Kay it seems our lines connect...I descend from Dillon Asher and his wife Nancy Davis. They had William Blevins Asher, William Blevins Asher married Rebecca Begley they had Jackson Asher (brother to Orrah) , Jackson married Sarah Ledford. They had Blevins Asher. Blevins Asher goes to Laurel Co after Sarah died and he marries Louvina Cloyd. Louvina is d/o John Cloyd and Harriet Orton. Blevins and Louvina have Andrew Jackson Asher and he marries Nannie Reid, d/o Dan Reid and Cynthia Collier. Dan Reid originally from Clay Co., s/o William Reid and Elizabeth Robertson/Robinson. Just a side note about Blevins, he lived to 90, died in 1962, and he was quite the character...my Mom said he used to write little poems about Red Bird and they were so funny, I have wondered if Dillon was the same way and I bet he was! Hope to post pictures of Blevins and family on Clay and Laurel Co. web sites. Somebody somewhere has to have pictures of William Blevins Asher and family and I would love to see them! Nanette
