Anyone? Would MULLINS be the Melungeon connection?
List - Miss everyone. Still have had no time to respond to this responses from week before last. Now that I'm bk @ wk. all spare time has gone into preparing for the Clay Co. Homecoming - especially organizing these old photos I have. Have in my possession a photo of one Alice MULLINS. Can barely see her image and the name which is written on the back. Does anyone know who Alice MULLINS is?

Hi, thank you for the information. I think we have the same family, but maybe i have some information wrong. I have Maggie Hyatt married to Dan Woods Smith, who were my great-grandparents. She died in 1983. Maybe you can help me straighten this out?? You are the first person who has had any info on this family. My g-grandma told me that her mother was an indian. But someone also told me that her mother's name was Bettie and she died when Maggied was a little girl. Thank you so much, Tracy Hackman
