So Jesse is listed as a child in your information as well? He has to be related to this family. I can not find any firm proof of this as of yet. A brother would only surety of a sister so that's how I found Polly to be in fact his sister. My Cousin has the actual documentation of this action. I also had Mary "Polly" as the name on her. My Cousin also wrote for a Will of James but he left no Will. Do you know if there would have been any probate of his property even without a will? According to all land stuff I have seen on James Williams he owned a lot of property in Christian County. I can for sure account for Jesse and Gillison both living in Posey Co. Indiana and Wayne Co.
