In 1810 Butler County was formed from part of Logan and Ohio Counties . Radney was married in 1823 Logan Co. Ky. He always went by that name as far as I know. The name is on all documents that we do have from a Marriage Bond.To Land Grants. I am leaning towards the name John Knight and or Stephen Knight for Radney Knight's parent and or sibling.One of his sons named a son Stephen.Of course as we all know Radney may have been a nic -name that he went by all his life.
