I have a copy of "Caron's Hopkinsville Ky. Municipal Directory 1910". It is basically a book with advertisements for city businesses, and one of the ads is "Forbes Manufacturing Co." located at 400-406 S. Main St. Contractor and builder, mill and lumber dealers, etc. That is probably where your relative worked.
