I'm doing a book on the history of Christian County, Missouri. I've found some of the early settelers have came from Kentucky. The first person I'm looking to find information on is, William Christian who fought in an Indian War and was a Revolutionary War veteran. Secondly, Mrs. Tom Neaves what was a landowner hesitant to move to this area unless they agreed to name the county after her former county, Christian County, Kentucky. If anyone has information on these one or both of these people, could you please contact me. I'm looking to find out more information regarding to them. And, if anyone else has any information on residents who came to Christian County, Missouri in the early 1800s, also please contact me to let me know.
