Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/mAB.2ACE/2228.1.1 Message Board Post: I have often thought that my Harrison was connected to the family you mention, except MY Harrison’s birthdate does not match the birthdate of YOUR Harrison. In the 1850 census, Harrison is listed as being ‘28’, in the 1860 census, Harrison is listed as being ‘41’. So, he was either born about 1822 or 1819. I realize that using the census as a gauge to age is not always the best, but his birth date is way off from that of the Harrison you mention. Also, his tombstone says he died ‘aged 47’. If he were born in 1806, then he wouldn’t be alive in 1860 if he was YOUR Harrison and MY Harrison WAS alive in 1860. Something that makes me think that this family is connected to your family is that Harrison’s widow, Nancy Monday Puckett, has a ‘Matthew Puckett’ living with her in 1870. I find elsewhere that this Matthew is supposed to be the son of your Isaac Puckett. So, whether or not MY Harrison and YOUR Harrison are the same person, I do think that the families’ are connected.
