Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Maddux Funeral Home, Pembroke. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Trenton. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. A native of Kentucky, he was born Nov. 30, 1909. He was the son of the late William Smith Brown and the late Bertha Winders Brown and was a retired farmer and a Baptist. His wife, Louise Morgan Brown, died in 1997. Survivors include two sons, Henry Brown, Japan, and Neal Brown, Hopkinsville; seven daughters, Evelyn Gentry, Hopkinsville, Linda Hightower, Nashville, Tenn., Judy Hogan, Elkton, Teresa Loving, Hopkinsville, Bertha "Betty" Brown Ramirez, Palmdale, Calif., Lucille Brown Price, Fayetteville, N.C., and Tula Kerr, Springdale, Ark.; a brother, Ernest Brown, Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, Nora Glass, Pembroke; and 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
