The wounded man lived but a few minutes. The murderer was captured and is now in jail at Elkton. It is said to be a very cold blooded affair. At Hopkinsville, the same night, Willis HENDERSON fired ten bullets into Eph GUNN and the latter gentleman now lies at the point of death.
