He is white, states that he was born here also. His father's name is listed as being Pink and mother unknown. His wife was Rosa Young. Reason for death was pneumonia and heart failure. He is buried in Riverside Cem. which is here in Hopkinsville. If you think that this is the one, please let me know if you want the death cert. on him. If this isn't him, I'll try and look further. James Curtis Cansler married Sylvia Margany Adams. However, I have 11 children listed for hem and the obituary for JB Cansler mentioned 4 young children. Even the youngest of the eleven would have been 19 in 1893.
