For those researching Christison and owning "Casey County, Kentucky, 1806 Settlement and Early Development", you might like to know that the "John Christian" on page 25 is actually John Christison. These two names were interchanged from their days in Maryland. By 1880 in Marion County KY, Samuel Christison's family had actually become Christian. And, Thomas, son of John, had a deed in which he was called both Christison and Christian on the same paper. Hope this alerts someone. Hazel
