I only paid $45. a night at the Brown Motel on two different trips. I did check out the Greystone and found it creepy so we didn't stay there. Had no problems understanding the locals and be sure to try the Bread of Life Restaurant. Very sweet, helpful people everywhere we went!! Phyllis....another Californian!
