Benjamin's father (Robert b. 1695) appears to have been from Armagh, Ireland...and his wife (Sarah Cathey) of Antrim. Antrim is where Moses came from with his father John or Charles (or maybe both names are wrong), in about 1750. Sarah was born in 1697 there, in Antrim. Moses was the father of your Sarah Allen who married his son Job. She was the first of 3 wives. It appears they had 3 children together. But for the most part, I am interested in going back to Ireland. Do you happen to know if there are any records, or family bibles, or other viable accounts of the life of the family in Antrim?
