In Casey Co., KY, 19 May 1846, Benjamin B Lawhorn, admr of Benjamin B Lawhorn's estate, was appointed guardian ad litem for infant defendants Benjamin Sandifer, Polly Ann Sandifer, Sally Jane Sandifer and others. Benjamin Sandifer was therefore born after 1825. The Benjamin Sandifer who married Sarah Sandifer in 1848 is shown in the 1850 census age 31 and would have been born in 1818 or 1919.
