Born in Casey County on Nov.22,1922, she was a daughter of the late John M. and Emma Sutherland Luttrell. She was a homemaker and member of Trinity Methodist Church in Lantonia. She was the widow of James Burnett. Survivors include three brothers, Arnold Luttrell of Liberty, Cecil Luttrell and Owen Luttrell, both of Russell Springs; and a sister, Bonnie Luttrell Weddle of Liberty. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Albert Burnett;three brothers.Vinas,Otha and Preston Luttrell; and two sisters, Edith M. Godsey and Flossie Bryant. She was a former substitute teacher and insurance agent,a member of the Liberty First Christain Church and the first woman elder of the First Christian Church. She was also a charter member of the Bicentennial Heritage Corporation, Liberty Garden Club and Casey County Homemakers Club. She was a volunteer for a variety of other organizations and the widow of Willliam Moss Watkins.
