Christy, I just returned from the main Library here in Louisville, KY. If you have access to the soundex records they are terrific. Just look under the index code: G300 in the soundex record for the 1880 Kentucky Census. It lists everybody in one way or another. I found my Grandmother's Father's name tonight. I had to look for her maiden name in different forms, but finally I found it. On the census record she was listed as daughter and it had her birthdate and race on it, also was listed: her siblings, and anyone else living at the residence at the time the census was taken, even if it was a nephew just staying for a while, etc. Good luck, Sharamick@aol.com
