Witt. Danny was from Casey and wes the son of CONLEY KENNETH BROWN and JEWELL EVELYN WESLEY. My personal project started as a goal to list all of the decendents of James D. Witt who came to Casey Co in 1861 with his father Samuel H. Witt. They were from Hamilton Co. Tn with a 10 year stop-over in Fentriss Co. Tn. Samuel H. Witt moved on to Taylor Co by 1865 but his som James D. Witt stayed and married Sarah Bell daughter of Nancy Carrie Allen and Joseph Abner Bell. I decend from these two people also through my mother's side by Florence Bell who married William Thompson.
