    1. [KYCASEY-L] RE: W. H. Watson, father of Martha Watson (b. 1861 Casey Co KY)

    3. In the 1850 Casey County KY census there is a Wm. H. Watson, age 16 in the household of Thompson Watson (age 38, farmer, $300, born KY) and Jane (age 37, born KY). Children: Wm H. (age 17, farmer, born KY), John G. (age 15, farmer, born kY), Robert (age 13, born KY), David E. (age 11, born KY), Shadrick W. (age 9, born KY), Nancy C. (age 7, born KY) and Artiprcilla (age 5, born KY). Page 85, dwelling #44, family #44. This Wm. H. Watson could be your Martha Watson's father, and Thompson and Jane Watson could be her grandparents. There is a Thomas Watson who married Jane Cotton, Sep 13, 1832 in Casey County KY. This could be the Thompson and Jane Watson in the 1850 census. Hope this helps.
