Looking for a connection with my BRINTON family to the KY Brintons. WILLIAM BRINTON was born abt 1814 in Kentucky and died 1892. He married Winnie (last name unknown) 1833-1834 in Stewart County, Tennessee. All of their children were born in Tennessee, but my notes indicate the family came to Kentucky from Virginia, but the names of his parents is unknown. Children of William and Winnie: A. Jackson Brinton, b 1835; Malinda Brinton, b 1836; Elizabeth Brinton, b 1838; Elijah Brinton, b 1840; Winfield Brinton, b 1844; Arabella Brinton, b 1846; Pardue Brinton, b 1849. There was a James Brinton, son of Bryant who lived in Casey County for many years and had several children. Could William have been a son? Are there any Brinton researchers who can tie my Tennessee family to the Kentucky Brintons? Thanks. Reba Harris
