Isn't it possible that the Nov date is when the bond was issued and that they actually married somewhat later? I could be mistaken, but I don't think that bonds were necessarily issued on the same day that a wedding took place. Maybe somebody else with more historical knowledge about this practice than I have could give you an answer about that.
