Forgot to mention, Frankfort is about a hour and a half drive from Liberty. The records dept for birth, death records is located at 275 East Main Street in Frankfort. There is a hour wait for the certificates. They also have records at the Archives on micro fiche. The Archives is located at 300 Coffee Tree Road.
