But...for your database, in case it helps: I also have a Roberts/Gilpin connection in KY. My Grandmother's name was Velldora Gilpin (first name is still unproven..I have many forms of it on different paperwork), her parents were Henry R. Gilpin and Mary Donna Roberts (as listed on Velldora's death certificate).I know Velldora was born 1/20/1890 in Casey County. And I believe her parents were born in Kentucky too. I have found the Mary Donna Roberts line...but not the Henry R. Gilpin line. So, if these names come up in your search, and you happen to remember, let me know. Thanks! Brenda Geiger
