Benjamin and his wife, Margaret Wohoab Allen, had ten children, the last four in Casey County. Benjamin owned a number of original land claims along the Green River. He died in 1828 leaving a will which identifies all his children, and some grandchildren. The children and grandchildren went on to help populate other states further west during the nineteenth century.
