Phyllis, You might want to try the McCreary County Queries, the Cumberland River Region List, or the Scott County Tennessee List. There has been a tremendous amount of traffic on this topic on these locations in the past. I am looking for information on Frances Elizabeth EDWARDS m Levi FAIR (s/o John Thomas FAIR). 1852 Who were her parents. I have found a "Betsy" EDWARDS residing in the household of Woodford GRAVES and his wife Catherine, 1850 Casey Co. Census. Betsy is 16 yrs old. Is this the "Betsy" that is my ggggrandmother. Could Catherine GRAVES be "Betsy's" sister? Perhaps her mother and Graves a second marriage? Any information will be greatfully received. Judy the BLKYGYRL

I need your help to locate cemeteries that are close to Pellyton/Neatsville in Adair county. My gggf M. Lafayette Chambers died there about 1900. So far, I have not found his grave or his wife Susan (Dickerson)Chambers whom died early 1900's. Chambers lived on Damron creek and Short creek. Dickersons lived on Barnett's creek. I searched the cemeteries around Pellyton and Neatsville last weekend, but with no luck. Since this area is close to both Casey and Russell counties, I'm wondering whether they were buried close by, but in another county. My only other guess is that their graves were moved when Green River Lake was constructed. Any help appreciated. Norman Chambers Holland, Michigan

Larry and all Casey researchers, I am very much in favor of this large GEDCOM that you are working on, but please remember, do not post any attachments to this list or any list for that matter. Some programs cannot handle attachments. Only send attachments to individuals that are expecting them. There are about 180 people on this list now and many computers could crash because of one attachment. Thanks, Bill
