Hello Everyone :) I wanted let everyone know I've updated my websites before I loose track of everything I added. :) I have more to put online and I'm going to do my best to get it all posted before my newest little one arrives, which should be May 21. :) First I want to let everyone know I've started a new website, the name of it is Our Picture Genealogy. :) Under each picture is the name of the donator w/their email address as well, so if anyone has any connection you can cut out the middle person (me :) ) and email them directly. They cover a very wide variety of surnames from a lot of different states, and not all are from my family. On Maxpages I've added some Civil War pension files, they include, Francis M. Rigney; Joab Rigney, Jr., William H. Bolar; Robert Stroud; Milliard F. Bolar guardianship/minor files; the partial file of Jacob Spaw; the partial file of Richard Butt. These people connect to Casey Co., KY, Lincoln Co., KY, Adair County, KY, Pike Co., IN and MO, the county escapes me at the moment. The ones that are in other states started out in KY. They served in either the 13th KY Cav Vol. or 1st KY Cav. during the Civil War. I've also added a couple more family outlines, there is an outline of Harrison Rigney of Casey Co., KY and some of his descendants, the Wilmot family from Casey Co., KY and surrounding counties, which is in my direct line, my Weaver family and my Bledsoe family, which were from Laurel Co., KY and surrounding counties. The States of Heritage pages have some additions as well. Boyle, Lincoln and Mercer Counties have had some major updates. The summer trip of 2000 we went to Constitution Square, Old Fort Harrod and to the Isaac Shelby State Park and cemetery. I've posted pictures of all three places as well as the folks buried in the Isaac Shelby State Park and Old Fort Harrod. I've broken down a couple of brick walls but I'm still working on the details and I still have one more Civil War pension file, a Rev. War Pension file, some family outlines and some misc. family info to add to the webpages but between my daughters surgery on Friday and the baby, I don't know if I will have a chance to let anyone know when I get them added, so please check back. To anyone who has sent me a question or help request, please be patient with me I promise to answer as soon as I can, but it will be at least a couple of weeks maybe longer, but I will answer you. Take care and have a safe and wonderful spring :) ttysoon Rena www.maxpages.com/generations http://OurVisualGenealogy.homestead.com/index.html http://StatesOfHeritage.homestead.com/index.html http://PostcardGenealogy.homestead.com/index.html http://OurPictureGenealogy.homestead.com/ http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/r/i/g/Renamarie-Voron/ @>-^-----

They also had a son Edmond m. to a Rice unkown that had a son James. Edmond was born Abt 1725 in Overwharton Stafford Co, VA, and died 1811 in Madison, KY. I hope this helps your research I know how frustrating it can be. Reply to [email protected]
David Humphrey's wife was Jane Jones and John Humphrey's wife was Mary ? "Polly" Jones. Believe at least one of their parents was John Jones and Elizabeth Lucas. They were evidently in Casey from early 1800's. Cemetery list of Bethelridge shows : Jones, S. Bruce (H. of M.J.Westley) 1855-1932 Silas G. (H. of D.J. Weeks) 1831-1858 Amon F. (H. of H. Quinton) 1888-1952 Hester Q.(Quentin) 1893-1964 Mary J. (Westley) 1858-1917 Thomas E. Jones (H. of Elizabeth) 1774-1855 Hope this helps. Jenny Oldham

Hello, A couple of years ago I had a great idea. What if everyone sent their family files to one location where they were compiled and everyone recieved a copy. Welll, many people sent me their files and I attempted to eliminate duplicates and fix any problems. I promised to return the big file quickly but it got too big to make perfect. So now the file has 85,000 people it but there are mistakes and many duplicates. It looks as though it will never be as perfect as I wanted however the time has come to return it, as is, to the contributors. If you gave me your file then, please send me a private email and I will attach a gedcom of the file to a return email. After every contributor has had a chance to review the file and send me their corrections I will donate the file to the Casey County Library to use as they see fit. This file can only be sent to the original contributors at this time. My new address is [email protected] Larry Witt Somerset, Ky Have a great day!
