They met last week and Henderson claimed 1/3 of the fodder. Clark would not let him have it, claiming the renter always got the fodder. Henderson drew a pistol and shot Clark in the breast, from which he died. Henderson fled to Fleming County. Before they could succeed, the train struck the handcar, which resulted in two cabooses being rolled down an embankment as the train was backing up.
