Norma, We have corresponded before. I am descended from Albert G.(possibly George) H. RICE and Julina Jane (maiden name unknown). Albert was born about 1832 and after marrying moved to Fleming County. at this point I don't know if he was born in Carter County or just spent a few years living there.
