I have received a request for a picture of the "Lower Trough Camp School" located in the southern part of Carter Co., from a lady in NY. She's trying to put together a history for her mother's birthday. I've searched through everything and can't find a picture of this school. Can anyone help? Please! Sherry J. Lowe
