It mentions John WATSON and his son, Rolla, and takes the form of a Kentucky Court of Appeals case where a Dick WATSON is attempting to prove his heirship to an ex-slave of my gg-grandfather in order to inherit land. It documents travel from Perry County, KY to Carter County, KY, and Virginia.
