Barbara, Some of Capt. Ralph's descendants who are addressed in this book were listed in Carter County. Whether they are the ones you reference, I cannot say. Perhaps you could give me some names and dates and I will then see if I can be more helpful. The names Cynthia (Stewart) Savage and Mary (Stewart) Evans come to mind to start with. Looking for information on Susannah SEXTON, daughter of Richard SEXTON and Mary Lucas. I believe this might be her death certificate, CRUM SUSAN 088 CARTER 06-12-1941 #14215 . Would any one be willing to get this and check for an obituary for me in trade for some Ohio work? I am regularly at the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus and could do lookups there. Susannah SEXTON b: November 22, 1852 Letcher County, KY d: June 12, 1941 in Carter County, KY . married first James DEFOE and then a CRUM man. Thanks, Dianne in Marion
