The current County Park has a monument marking the site of the old Poor House, including names of a few that are supposed to be buried there. The monument is at 38.669694 -85.131148 according to Google Earth. "The County Poor House" appears there on the 1883 map. I seem to recall there was something called the County Infirmary nearby, at the foot of Gap Hill, where the old city cemetery is. The cemetery is at 38.674993 -85.146651. Indigents were buried there and I assume unclaimed deaths from the infirmary would be in the city cemetery as well.
