He wrote a number of books re: Pittsburgh, (one named "Pittsburgh of Today: Its Resources and People"). He has the same name as my ggrandfather and about the same timeframe. According to my mother, ours wasn't an author. Hmmm... Ours lived in the Crafton/Roslyn Farms area near Pittsburgh (b. 8/16/1874, d. 12/1/1945); he married Katherine Orr Anshutz (b. 6/7/1871, d. 2/23/1954. Married 1/20/[email protected] Wilkinsburgh, PA).
