There are some limited Newport Kentucky death records that cover those years but no state wide records. The Newport records will occasionally mention a death from other parts of the county but it is a longshot. I will try to check the death records the next time I visit the library but that may be a couple of weeks away. I also did a search of the Kenton County Public Library's on-line Northern Kentucky newspaper index for the name Thomas Windram and found an article dated February 24, 1902 under the title "Pioneer Dead". I can't say for sure until I visit the library but that article is probably going to have the information you need. I will let you know what I find. The name Thomas Windram" in an article dated Sept 6, 1930 on Cold Spring Society. An article dated Feb 7, 1930 saying Charles Windram died in Florida.
