The one I know a little about was operated directly across from New Richmond, OH... It was owned by William Kennedy's grandson in law James G. Lindsay... Williams' daughter (Jeanette) married Benj. Beall, their daughter Nancy Beall married James G. Lindsay.. When James died Nancy married Zachariah Hedger... The Hedger's ran several Ferry's... Zachariah & James Perry Hedger were a few .... If anyone is familiar with these ferry's & the HEDGER's please email me....
