Phillips of Losantiville, IN in the County Clerk's Office in the Campbell County Court House at 4th and York Streets, Newport, KY 41071. The record is in the Campbell County Marriages, Book 66, page 103. The marriage took place of 11 August, 1912. The witnesses to the marriage were Ray Morton and Ernest E. Bratt and the Justice of the Peace, MJ Gleason. The age of both Fred and Della is given as 21 years. This may be their actual age, or it may be simply a statement that they are adults and do not need anyone's permission to marry. I have a photocopy of the record, but it is not a certified copy.
